J’Viaggio Travel – Terms & Conditions

By submitting a Client Intake Form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Travel Planning Services

J’Viaggio Travel acts as an independent travel advisor, creating customized travel research, itineraries, and bookings on behalf of clients. All reservations are made through third-party suppliers such as cruise lines, resorts, tour operators, airlines, and booking platforms. J’Viaggio Travel does not own or operate any travel services.

2. Hosted Agency Relationship

J’Viaggio Travel operates under the host agency Fora Travel. As such, commissions, payments, and booking policies are managed in accordance with Fora’s authorized systems and supplier agreements.

3. Accuracy of Information

Clients agree that all information submitted on this form is accurate to the best of their knowledge, including names as shown on legal identification, dates of birth, contact information, and travel preferences. J’Viaggio Travel is not responsible for costs or penalties resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

4. Pricing & Availability

Quotes provided are subject to change until a deposit or full payment is applied with the travel supplier. Prices, promotions, and availability may change at any time without notice. J’Viaggio Travel cannot guarantee availability or pricing until payment is confirmed.

5. Booking & Payment Authorization

Clients authorize J’Viaggio Travel to facilitate bookings on their behalf, including payment processing directly through approved suppliers. Payment terms, cancellation policies, refunds, and change fees are determined by each supplier, not J’Viaggio Travel.

6. Planning Fees (If Applicable)

Some custom trips may require a planning fee which is non-refundable, regardless of booking completion. This fee covers research and time investment. If applicable, fee details will be provided prior to booking.

7. Travel Insurance

Clients understand that travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against trip cancellation, medical emergencies, travel delays, or lost luggage. Declining travel insurance releases J’Viaggio Travel from any financial responsibility related to trip interruptions or loss.

8. Responsibility & Liability

J’Viaggio Travel is not responsible for:

Acts, errors, or omissions of travel suppliers

Delays, cancellations, weather, strikes, pandemics, or force majeure events

Changes in travel requirements, documentation, or government restrictions

Clients are responsible for verifying and obtaining required passports, visas, vaccination records, or other documentation.

9. Communication

By submitting this form, clients agree to be contacted by J’Viaggio Travel regarding travel quotes, bookings, and related services. Clients may opt in or out of marketing emails at any time.

10. Electronic Consent

Submission of this form serves as your electronic signature, indicating you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
